Canon has released a new update firmware , in this case directed to its reflex EOS-1D X . The update resolves three issues previously identified, as well as introduce two improvements. Let’s see in detail the changes. Into The firmware version 1.2.4 includes the following enhancements and fixes:
- Improves the speed of acquisition of the focus of the camera when using the focus assist beam automatic Speedlite.

- Fixes an issue where, when the GP-E1 GPS receiver is connected, the settings of the GPS device will be reset to default values ??when the camera is turned off.
