Camcorders LEGRIA HF R56 and LEGRIA HF R506 , designed specifically for the family (also available in Child mode, designed to allow parents to record the profiles of up to three children, to make video custom album documenting their growth), have both a 32x optical zoom, a DIGIC processor Canon DV4 and a Canon Full HD CMOS sensor 3.2 megapixel . LEGRIA HF R56 is also equipped with Wi-Fi mode with remote monitoring (allowing you to monitor and control in real time their home remotely) simultaneously records AVCHD MP4 and is equipped with an internal memory of 8GB.

LEGRIA mini X is instead designed primarily for recording interviews, concerts and all those situations where the audio becomes very important.
