Canon adds two new models to its catalog of compact cameras with powerful zoom. The Ixus 265 HS, more stylish, and Powershot SX600 zoom in further. Both compact embed a High Sensitivity CMOS sensor (back-exposed) with a 16 MPix image processor DIGIC 4 + and 3 inch screen with 461,000 pixels. They are also both Wi-Fi and NFC sharing and remote control being obviously now more options but essential features. The difference is played mainly on the optical blocks: 12X zoom 25-300 mm (f :3,6-7, 0) on the Ixus 25 to 450 mm and a 18X (f :3,8-6, 9) Powershot the stabilized by lens movement in all cases. The Ixus 265 HS (€ 179.99) is obviously more compact than the SX600 HS (€ 199.99).

Camcorder side, if HF R56 and R506 are only simple refreshments range, the Legria mini X has him more interest. Placed in the family of creative camcorders, mini X takes the concept of the mini but with two large microphones that record in linear PCM (uncompressed).
