Would test a Canon DSLR with 75-megapixel sensor - Generation NT

Canon have produced a version of a pre-series DSLR ( digital single-lens reflex ) somewhat strange since with a sensor with a resolution of 75 megapixel. The model is currently being tested by the Japanese firm.

Its case is akin to that of the Canon EOS-1D X (with a 19.3 megapixel sensor). If one believes the site Photography Bay , this DSLR is equipped with an LCD screen on the back is also characterized by a very high resolution.

device in question might in addition swifter burst mode than the EOS-1D X although it is not clear how resolution used for snapshots. The ESO-1D X professional model is capable of taking up to 12 im. / S, the rate being maintained until 180 images (JPEG) or 38 images (RAW) (with UDMA card).

To address these masses of information, future Canon should be provided with a new image processing engine (ISP Image Signal Processor ) or more operating in parallel. The EOS-1D X himself is equipped with a dual “DIGIC 5 +”.

announces the end of 2013 for launch in 2014 seems likely. It is also unclear whether it will be an APS-C or APS-H, the latter being slightly larger (28.7 × 19.1 mm) and therefore more likely for such a resolution. In the latter case, the 75 megapixel sensor is not necessarily unique to Canon already has in its catalog sensor APS-H 50 million and 120 million pixels.
