New President and CEO at Canon Canada - Direction Informatique

Taizaburo Egawa is the new president and CEO of Canon Canada.

After six years at Canon Canada, Mr. Kazuto Ogawa stepping down as president of the company and now occupy management positions at Canon China and in the Canon Asia Group.

Ted Egawa (Westernized name) works in Canon for over 30 years. He led hardware sales to business customers in the International Affairs Division and spent a year in the division of video cameras and Canon Canada.

He was, until now, the Vice-President and General Manager of Strategic Planning Group Imaging and Communications Canon USA technologies.

“Ted will be an asset to our management team in Canada. He played a central role in enhancing imaging and communications activities and Canon USA has allowed our company to explore new opportunities, “said Joe Adachi, president and CEO of Canon USA, the company mother of Canon Canada.
