About 80 voters attended the campaign launch of Marc-Alexandre Brousseau.
least we can say is that Marc-Alexandre Brousseau began his campaign strength. He took the opportunity to position themselves in relation to some important issues, briefly state the overall program and identify its priority.
Mr.Brousseau was initially positioned in favor of maintaining the mayor’s salary to $ 77,000, saying that “such compensation is the level of qualification required.” It also supports the transition allowance for the mayor because he believes that this is what makes “having a mayor who works until the end of his term without worrying about tomorrow.”
As for the police service, the mayoral candidate said he had a bias for the municipal police, because it would maintain a local service. However, these are the results of the cost analysis that will motivate its decision.
Mr.Brousseau also considering the possibility of increasing the number of councilors from ten to eight.
Regarding the Historic Centre of the King mine, the aspiring mayor supports the project as a whole. He believes that this project is self-evident for the development of downtown.

1) responsible economic development to work effectively with companies and organizations, 2) improving the city center, by focusing mainly on the Historic Centre of the King mine, 3) management after -asbestos, transforming the expertise and opportunities in mining heritage, 4) creative and effective management of the municipal apparatus, innovating to deliver quality services in a trendy city, 5) regional strategic positioning in being present and effective to represent the dynamism of the city, and finally, 6) the development of quality of life, to attract entrepreneurs, workers and young families.

Quality of Life
Marc-Alexandre Brousseau, the priority is the quality of life. He argues that this aspect is closely linked to economic development and it is time to put them together.
