Into imagePROGRAF iPF6400S and iPF8400S are designed for the graphic arts market
Canon announces the launch of two new products intended for the graphic arts market : Two 8-color large format printers that enrich the range of solutions Canon imagePROGRAF: the new imagePROGRAF iPF6400S and iPF8400S .
respectively 24 “ and 44 “ are designed to support high-volume printing thanks to the replaceable ink tanks, even while the printer is running, and the new control technology for the proper ink density already present in the top model iPF9400S range, launched in September last year.
Into Canon imagePROGRAF iPF6400S is equipped with a spectrophotometer optional , which in combination with the software Colour Calibration Management Console (CCMC) , now supported by all models in the range, allowing a color management extremely precise. In addition to these technology ‘Calibration Link’ that allows a uniform and precise color reproduction for all eight channels. Finally, the combined use of one of the most popular third party RIP on the market and the spectrophotometer option allows users to automatically control the color and create color profiles.
Into Canon iPF6400S has ink cartridges 300 ml and technology ‘Hot Swap’ allows users to replace the ink cartridges without interrupting the printing process .Additional Features include the automatic compensation of clogged nozzles, reporting errors via email and the notification of the replacement of consumables.
Into The hard drive enhanced 250 GB , increased compared to 160 GB of previous models and supplied to both printers, allows the ‘ storage of a greater number of files that can easily be reprinted without using a PC.
Application value added services like Photoshop Plug-in (software for professional printing) and PosterArtist Lite (software that facilitates the design of signage) are provided in the standard configuration on all models 8-color imagePROGRAF, as well as the utility Direct Print & Share .
